Coke The man in the sun

Coca-Cola offered McCann Bucharest a unique opportunity – come up with a summer campaign for most of the Middle East. They needed an icon, something that could rival the Christmas campaigns and in the same time just as versatile and easily understandable. The sun was to be at its core. The agency came up with two proposals. Both so good that they were the finalists and ran against each other.

The man that lived inside the sun for eons, but got terribly curious about Coca-Cola.

 
 

Through special outdoor executions and print ads, the two would have been the first step into establishing the basis of all summer campaigns to come – Jerry being the brain behind Coca-Cola refreshment innovation.
